Our custom Reformer Machine features two side platforms and a high-tension 8 spring system, giving you complete control, resistance, and intensity. Every movement is intensified, every muscle pushed, and every session forces limits you didn’t think you had.
The dual side platforms let you stabilize, drive, and isolate with precision, while the spring system delivers adjustable resistance — from controlled holds to powerful, high-intensity sequences that demand focus and grit.

Tempus Strength is a high- intensity, low impact workout that takes Pilates to the next level. It combines precise, controlled movements with resistance and dynamic sequences to challenge your strength, endurance and stability- all without putting stress on your joints.

While Pilates focuses on core, posture, and alignment, Tempus Strength amplifies the intensity. We add resistance, multi-plane movements, and functional strength work to push your body further, delivering a powerful, full-body workout.

Anyone looking to build strength, improve mobility, burn calories or those wanting to take their Pilates practice to a more intense, results driven level.

Most clients notice changes within 2-4 weeks and significant results within 10 - 12 weeks when attending regularly.

Bring water, a small towel, grip socks, and wear comfortable workout clothing.
If you forget anything don’t worry - we have water, towels and grip socks available for purchase in studio.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time to check in and get settled.
For first-time clients, the cut off is 5 minutes before class. This allows us to provide a proper introduction to the equipment and ensure you are set up safely and correctly.
We have a strict no-entry policy once class has commenced. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter for safety and to avoid disruption.
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or safety concerns before class begins so we can provide appropriate modifications and ensure you train safely.
